Registration terms and conditions for MadeByAris Bootcamp - AI Development Program

1. About the Program
MadeByAris Bootcamp is an intensive 8-week training program designed to teach AI application development using modern technologies. The program is organized by M Aris Setiawan through MadeByAris.
Program Details:
- • Duration: 8 weeks (2 sessions per week, 3 hours per session)
- • Participants: Maximum 8 people per batch
- • Format: Live sessions + 1-on-1 mentoring
- • Support: Monday-Saturday available for discussions
- • Fee: IDR 3,250,000 (one-time payment)
2. Registration & Payment
Registration Process:
- Complete the application form accurately and completely
- Attend initial consultation session (assessment)
- Pay commitment fee of IDR 3,250,000
- Payment confirmation and onboarding
Payment Terms:
- Payment made in full (one-time payment)
- Transfer to official account provided after assessment
- Payment proof must be sent for confirmation
- Seat confirmed after payment received
Important: Limited slots - only 8 participants per batch. Registration closes when quota is filled or 1 week before program starts.
3. Student Obligations
Attendance Commitment:
- Attend minimum 80% of total sessions (13 out of 16 sessions)
- Actively participate in discussions and code reviews
- Complete assignments and projects according to timeline
- Respect agreed mentoring schedules
Behavior & Ethics:
- Interact politely and professionally
- No plagiarism or copying code without understanding
- Maintain confidentiality of program information and materials
- Do not disrupt other participants' learning process

No refunds after payment is confirmed.This policy ensures all participants are fully committed to completing the intensive program and achieving maximum results.
Special Exceptions:
- Program canceled by organizer due to force majeure
- Participant does not pass initial assessment before program starts
- Emergency conditions verified by organizer
Flexibility in Commitment:
- Lifetime access to learning materials maintained
- Mentoring sessions can be rescheduled as needed
- Alumni community support remains available

5. Materials & Intellectual Property
Program Materials:
- Participants get lifetime access to learning materials
- Materials for personal learning purposes only
- Prohibited from sharing or selling materials to others
- Live session recordings accessible for review
Projects & Portfolio:
- Participants have full rights to projects created
- MadeByAris may use projects as portfolio showcase
- Credit will be given to participants if projects are published
6. Limitation of Liability
This program is an educational bootcamp, not a guarantee of employment or business success. Results achieved depend on each participant's commitment, effort, and abilities.
Organizer Not Responsible For:
- Participant failure to achieve learning objectives
- Financial losses from project implementation
- Technical issues from third parties (hosting, domains, etc.)
- Changes in algorithms or AI platform policies
